ACTUniv has been closely associated with the State of Rajasthan and its youth for the last 3 years in providing English Language learning tools to improve the English language proficiency of the youth and enhancing their employability.

ACTUniv has a tie-up with Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited as their exclusive Education partners and content providers for English Language learning software for the Rajasthan State Certificate Course in English Language (RS-CEL) course. The RS-CEL course if offered at all RKCL ITGK centres across the state and ACTUniv has been responsible for providing installation, training of trainers, courseware and support to each training centre. The centres are spread across every district of the state providing valuable support to the youth to the root level.
